Installing the extension

Recording and screenshots happen through the ClipCabinet Chrome extension. Installing takes about a minute.

Install

  1. Open the Install page, or click any Get the extension button in the app. It opens the ClipCabinet recorder listing on the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Click Add to Chrome and confirm. The extension installs as ClipCabinet recorder — pin it to your toolbar so it's one click away.

Connect your account

Open the extension's Settings, paste an API token from /settings/tokens (mint a new one if you don't have it), and save. The extension talks to https://clipcabinet.com in production.
